In Loving Memory of Patsy Blair

In Loving Memory of Patsy Blair
It is with sad hearts, the Peninsula Dragonflys bid farewell to our much loved founder, Patsy Blair, who passed away peacefully at home yesterday.
Patsy was always a smiling face and her impact at Dragonflys flowed through to all Dragon Boaters across Victoria.
Eighteen years ago, Patsy had a vision to create a Dragon Boat team in Carrum. With her unwavering dedication, passion, and guidance, she nurtured the Peninsula Dragonflys into the vibrant, supportive, and happy club it is today.
Patsy’s legacy lives on in the spirit of the Dragonflys—a club that welcomes everyone, stands together through challenges, celebrates achievements, promotes healthy minds and bodies, and always finds times to laugh out loud and really enjoy life.
Our deepest sympathies go to her children, Jo and Cam; her grandchildren, Aiden, Chloe, Ella, and Lachy; and her partner, Jim McGoldrick
We are going to miss you ‘Dame’ Patsy, but you leave us with unforgettable memories of wonderful times on and off the water!
Forever in our purple hearts. Rest easy, Patsy
