Expressions of Interest - Regatta Advisory Group (RAG)

Dragon Boat Victoria (DBV) is seeking Expressions of Interest for positions on the Regatta Advisory Group (RAG). The RAG is a crucial Board committee that provides strategic and operational guidance for Victorian regattas, ensuring high-quality programs and competitions throughout the year.

We are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join the RAG for an initial 12-month term, with the possibility of extension up to two years. Ideal candidates will have:

- Extensive knowledge of dragon boat regattas and competitions
- Experience in regatta planning, organisation, or participation
- Understanding of race formats, rules, and regulations
- Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity in dragon boating
- Strong collaborative and communication skills

The RAG will meet several times a year to plan and review the regatta season, discuss race formats, and address key operational aspects of dragon boat events in Victoria.
