A new volunteer system is coming

We've loaded all the key details of our volunteers into the new system and set it up with the framework of the regatta.

It will allow our people to register for multiple events over the season with any preferences they have and change their availability if circumstances change. 

Operationally, it is faster and more efficient to use than spreadsheets and it is easy and simple to change details in the cloud and corroborate to pull our regatta teams together.

Admin users have access to volunteer assignments, contact details, their emergency contacts and any medical issues to consider so we will reduce the time we take to collect this at regattas.

If you’re wondering why we're doing this, it's making sure we minimise the burden of administration on officials and concentrate our efforts on making regattas safe, fair and fun.

We'll be sending emails out to our team for Ballarat from the system that contain the schedule and the assignments.

The assignments will be how they are at the time of sending and it also comes with a live link that updates with any changes.
