Dragon Boat Victoria Incorporated (DBV) is inviting you to attend it's 2024 Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 21st November 2024 at 7.30pm. This meeting will be conducted on Zoom to allow all members, from all clubs to participate.
In accordance with the DBV Constitution, only financial members are eligible to vote at the AGM. One vote per club will be accepted should voting be required and clubs will be requested to nominate a delegate for this purpose.
A minimum of five clubs must be in attendance to reach a quorum to allow the AGM to proceed.
