Further to the integrity / disciplinary training session you previously attended or registered interest in, Australian Dragon Boat Federation (AusDBF) now invites you to attend an online follow-up training session about important changes to AusDBF integrity, disciplinary and grievance policies.
In this session, aimed at Club and State Association representatives, you will learn about the updated process for managing poor behaviour and interpersonal conflict under the following policies. Clubs and State Associations will benefit from practical guidance (including case studies and common pitfalls to avoid) and understanding the support available from the AusDBF National Integrity Manager.
