What: Allens Dragon Boat session
When: Friday 9 June, 3pm to 5pm
Where: Community Hub at the Dock and Victoria Harbour
Session: One boat training on Victoria Harbour with 200m racing to finish
- 2:30pm: Sweeps to arrive, briefing with DBV
- 2:45 am: Allens arrive and meet and greet from DBV/Sweeps
- 3:00 pm: Briefing commences (safety briefing, first aid on-site, PFDs on, advise where change room/shower/toilet facilities are)
- 3:15 pm: Briefing concludes; boat in the water
- 3:30 pm: On-water session, technique/training, paddling around Victoria Harbour
- 4:30 pm: Racing of boat/team, min three 200m races
- 4:45 pm: Session concludes - boats out of the water
- 5:00 pm: Presentations
