Battle on the Barwon (BoB)
Date: Sun 10 September
Time: 9.30 am - 2.30 pm
Where: Geelong Canoe Club, 11 Marnock Road, Newtown 3220
Parking: Free along Marnock Road
Categories and divisions:
1. Mixed 20s in 5.4km (Premiers and Seniors)
2. Mixed 10s in 3.5km (Premiers, Seniors, Breast Cancer Participants)
6. Opens and Womens 10s in 100m Splash and Dash (Premiers, Seniors, Breast Cancer Participants and All Cancer Participants)
PLEASE NOTE: Clubs that enter a Mixed 20s 5.4km crew can also enter one only 10's Mixed 3.5km.
Handicapping
Will be determined pending the number of crews and categories entered
Crazy costume or hat:
Prize for the best-dressed participant in a costume or hat
Trophies/awards
1st place trophy in all categories that have at least three entries
Race Draw
Will be forwarded to clubs no later than 3 September 2023
Schedule: (Provisional)
The first race will commence at 9.30 am
Presentations will begin at 3.30 pm
Team Managers and Sweeps Briefing - Thursday, 7 September @ 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Please note that each club is responsible for having a representative attend these briefings, as there will not be a briefing on the morning of the regatta.

Volunteers Briefing
This briefing will be held at 8.45 am on the morning of the regatta. Please ensure your club volunteer/s are in attendance. The briefing will be held near the starters marquee with the Officials.

$22.50 for juniors/students and $45 for adults.
