Dear Presidents, Secretaries and MPIOs,

Further to, and as foreshadowed during, the National Integrity Framework (NIF) training sessions delivered to Clubs late last year, Australian Dragon Boat Federation (AusDBF) now invites your Club Committee members and Member Protection Information Officers to attend an online follow-up training session regarding the disciplinary and grievance policies which sit alongside the NIF:

• Conduct and Disciplinary Policy
• National Code of Conduct
• Personal Grievances Policy

This session is intended to guide Clubs in how to manage poor behaviour and interpersonal conflict where the NIF does not apply.

We kindly request that at least one key representative (eg President/Vice-President/Secretary) and/or relevant official (eg Member Protection Information Officer) attends on behalf of your Club, however, we strongly encourage multiple representatives to attend if possible.
